早晚各1次。成人每次服2粒,五歲至十四歲小童每次服1粒,以溫水送服。

《燕窩》養陰潤燥,益氣補中,化痰止咳。主治久病虛損,肺癆咳嗽,痰喘,咯血,血吐,久痢,久疾,噎膈反胃,體弱遺精,小便頻數。

《柴胡》味苦,平。入肝,膽經。和解表里,疏肝,升陽。治寒熱往來,胸滿肕痛,口苦耳聾,頭痛目眩,瘧疾,下利脫肛,月經不調,
子宮下垂。

《杭白芍》平肝止痛,養血調經,斂陰上汗。用于頭痛眩暈,肕痛,腹痛,四肢攣痛,血虛萎黃,月經不調,自汗,盜汗。

《白朮》健脾益氣、燥濕利水,止汗,安胎。用于脾虛食少,腹脹泄瀉,痰飲眩悸,水腫,自汗,胎動不安。

《雲茯苓》利水滲濕,健脾寧心,用于水腫尿少,痰飲眩悸,脾虛食少,便虛泄瀉,心神不安,惊悸失眠。

《雞骨草》味甘,涼。清熱解毒,舒肝散瘀。治黃疸肝炎,胃痛,瘰癆,跌打傷瘀血瘀痛。

《丹皮》清熱涼血,活血化瘀。用于溫毒發斑,吐血衄血,夜熱早涼,無汗骨蒸,經閉痛經,瘀 腫瘡毒,跌扑傷痛。

《甘草》補脾益氣,清熱解毒,祛痰止咳,緩急止痛,調和諸藥。用于脾胃虛弱,倦怠乏力,心悸氣短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢攣急疼痛,
瘀腫瘡毒,緩解藥物毒性、烈性。

Each bottle contains 60 capsules, each capsule 391 mg.
Take two times both in the morning and night. For adult, two capsule for each time. For child 5 to 14 years old, one capsules each time with warm water.

《柴胡》(Chaihu), Bupleurum Root, Thorowax Root.

1) as antipyretic for intermittent fever, such as malaria;
2) to relieve stagnancy of vital energy of the liver for pains in the sides and chest; and
3) to elevate the vital energy of the spleen for visceroptosis.

《白芍》 (Baishao), Radix Paeoniae Alba, White Peony Root.
Taste & Properties :
Bitter, sour and slightly cold.
E&I :
1) Nourishes blood and regulates menstruation in cases of menstrual disorders due to blood deficiency;
2) Soothes the Liver for relieving headache, abdominal pain and spasm of the calf muscles due to stagnation of Liver qi.

《白朮》 (Baizhu), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Largehead or White Atractylodes Rhizome.
Taste & Properties :
Sweet, somewhat bitter, and warm.
E&I :
1) Invigorates the Spleen and replenishes qi for treating weakness of the Spleen and the Stomach with anorexia, abdominal distension, lassitude and loose
stools;
2) Removes dampness and induces diuresis for treating diarrhea and edema due to diminished Spleen function;
3) Prevents miscarriage.

《茯苓》 (Fuling), Poria Cocos, Fuling or Indian Bread.
Taste & Properties :
Sweet or tasteless, and neutral in property.
E&I :
1) Induces diuresis for treating edema with oliguria;
2) Invigorates the Spleen for treating anorexia and diarrhea due to retention of damp in the spleen;
3) Eases the mind for treating palpitations and insomnia.

《雞骨草》(Jigucao) Herba Abri, Canton Love-pea Vine.

Sweet and cool

Eliminates damp-heat in cases of acute and chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis of the liver, and urinary tract infection.

《牡丹皮》(Mudanpi), Cortex Moutan, Tree Peony Bark.
Taste & Properties :
Bitter, Pungent and slightly cold.
E&I :
1) Reduces heat in blood in the case of febrile diseases at the ying-blood stage, and yin deficiency with endogenous heat;
2) Invigorates blood circulation and removes stasis for amenorrhea and dysmenorrhea, sores and carbuncles, and traumatic injuries.

《甘草》 (Gancao), Radix Glycyrrhizae, Licorice Root.
Taste & Properties :
Sweet in taste and neutral in property.

1) Replenishes Heart and Spleen qi;
2) Arrests coughing due to heat in the Lungs;
